Our fix & flip program offers up to 90% of the purchase price and up to 100% of the rehab budget, subject to a maximum loan-to-after-repair-value and final underwriting.

Funds for renovation are typically held and released in draws as work is completed and verified, keeping the project funded stage by stage.
